Ai, who works in the First Investigative Division, a department dedicated to special fraud, has been trying to get in touch with a group of "land fraudsters" that have been making waves in the streets recently. A month after she starts working at a bar that the group uses for business negotiations, she finally succeeds in catching them. She is then asked to pose as the proprietress of a long-established inn called "Yukawaya," which the group is targeting, and begins her undercover investigation...
